Relax, meditation, and a little bit of yoga...


Every day, before our English sessions, we practice some minutes of Yoga. All the instructions are given in English. We are aware of our body position and our breathing. Mind and body are connected. We get a calm and nice atmosphere and we are ready for the English lessons.

We listen to a music, called mantra, that helps us to get relaxed.
